Privacy Policy
My Mandala Chart is a small tool for planning goals. We collect as little as possible: no ads, no tracking cookies, no selling of data.
If you don’t sign in
Your charts are stored only in your own browser (local storage) on your device. They are not sent to us. If you clear your browser data, they are gone – use “Download → JSON” to keep a backup.
If you sign in
Signing in lets you keep your charts on all your devices. For that we store:
- Your account: your email address, and – if you use Google – the name and profile picture that Google shares with us. We never see your Google password.
- Your charts: the titles, goals, themes and actions you write, and when they were changed.
Accounts and charts are stored with Supabase, our database and sign-in provider, on servers in the EU (Ireland). Access is restricted so that only you can read or change your charts.
If you sign in with a magic link, we send that one email to your address through an email delivery provider. We don’t send newsletters or marketing email.
What your browser stores
- Your charts and which chart you had open last (local storage).
- If you sign in: a session token, so you stay signed in.
- While signing in: where to return to afterwards (session storage, removed right after).
These are needed for the app to work. We don’t use cookies for tracking or advertising.
Server logs
Like most websites, our web server keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, time, page requested) to keep the service secure and running. We don’t use them to build profiles.
Analytics
We count visits with Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service hosted in the EU. It uses no cookies and stores no personal data: we only see totals such as how many people visited a page, which site sent them and what kind of device they used. Your IP address is not stored. We don’t use Google Analytics, advertising trackers or anything that follows you to other sites.
How long we keep data
Charts you delete are removed from our database right away. Your account and charts are kept until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. You can export each chart yourself with “Download”. To delete your account and all your charts, email privacy@mymandalachart.com from the address you signed in with.
