Free Mandala Chart Template
A blank 9×9 Mandala Chart, ready to fill in: your goal in the center, eight themes around it, and eight actions for each theme. Download it, or fill it in online.
How to fill in the template
- Write your main goal in the center. Make it specific and time-bound: “Run a marathon under 4 hours by October” works better than “Get fit”.
- Name eight themes around it. These are the areas that decide whether you reach the goal – for a marathon: training plan, endurance, speed, strength, nutrition, recovery, gear and mindset.
- Copy each theme to the middle of its outer block. Theme 1 (top left of the center block) goes in the middle of the top-left block, and so on clockwise.
- Write eight actions around each theme. Each action should be something you can actually do or schedule: “Long run every Sunday”, not “Run more”.
Stuck on a theme? The step-by-step guide on how to make a Mandala Chart walks through each part, and the example templates show finished charts for common goals.

Questions
Is the Mandala Chart template free?
Yes. All three files are free to download and use, with no sign-up. The online editor is free too.
Can I use the template in Google Sheets?
Yes. Download the Excel file, then in Google Sheets choose File → Import → Upload and pick the file. The grid, borders and colors are kept.
What size should I print the PDF?
The PDF fits the full 9×9 grid on one A4 landscape page. On US Letter, choose “Fit to page” in the print dialog.
Why do the theme names appear twice?
Each theme sits around the goal in the center block and again in the middle of its own outer block, where its eight actions surround it. In the online editor you type a theme once and both cells update.
